BN Financial Solutions are here to make the leasing process as seamless and as smooth as possible from the moment that you enquire with us, through the ordering, document and delivery process all the way through your contract until the point of return and hopefully to renew your vehicle for a new model. 

The below information is a guide as to how BN Financial Solutions will take you through the journey from when you make an enquiry through to delivery. We will take our time to make sure that everything is explained to you in a clear and detailed manner and we will ensure that all of your expectations are met throughout the process however if you have any questions or need any clarification at any point please contact us either by telephone or email and we will happily answer any questions you may have as leasing a vehicle is a big decision and you will be driving the vehicle for a number of years. 


Once you have browsed all of our available deals and have made an enquiry the first thing that we will do is to contact you by telephone. This telephone conversation will be to introduce ourselves and most importantly for us to get to know you. We do this to understand your current circumstances to determine whether the product will be suitable for you. If so we will then want to know about the vehicle you have chosen, when you require it by and the annual mileage that you would normally travel. This will help us determine what contract parameters are correct for you and most importantly we will want to know your budget. This is to make sure that the contract is affordable and what vehicles and pricing will work best for you,

Once we have determined the details in point 1 we will issue a formal quotation based on the above, The Quotation will include the full specification of the vehicle chosen, The Initial Rentals, The regular monthly rentals, excess mileage charges and effective rental (for business users). You will receive figures for a “Customer Maintained” rental and also the cost for the Optional Maintenance (Fully Maintained Contract) for you to go away and make an informed choice.

If you decide to proceed we will send you a link to our online proposal form which we will require you to complete. This can be completed in approximately 10 minutes and will include all of the basic information the finance company will need to obtain a credit line. Additional information may be required but we will go through this in full detail in each case. Please note credit is subject to status.

Once the finance and credit line have been approved we will confirm the specification of the vehicle in detail and confirm the lead time with our trusted supplying dealers. With this all checked and correct an order form will be issued to you for signature along with our broker fee invoice £166.66+VAT (£199.99 inc VAT). Once the signed order has been received and the broker fee paid we will order the vehicle on your behalf. We will constantly update you of the progress of the vehicle order.

Once the vehicle order has been secured and the finance contracts are ready these will be issued to you by either the finance company directly or by us for review and signature. Please read through all of the finance agreements including the terms and conditions, If you have any questions or queries please don’t hesitate to contact us where we can answer these for you. Once you are completely happy the documents will need to be signed and returned to us or the finance company. Full instructions will be provided at the time for you to follow.

Once the finance documents have been received and approved by the finance company, cooling off period has elapsed (If applicable) and the vehicle has arrived into stock we will contact you to organise delivery of the vehicle. Delivery will be to your home address if a private individual or to the business address or directors home address if a business user,

Once the vehicle has been delivered and the signed delivery paperwork has been received by the finance company the contract will start and the initial rental will be taken and the regular monthly payments will start. The finance company will send you invoices each month for your records and VAT returns.
